SETTING UP YOUR APPOINTMENT: All services require an appointment and a 50% nonrefundable deposit used to secure your appointment time.(see rescheduling policy) . Please read all policies and procedures before booking.

PAYMENT - Deposit will be received through Stripe services during online booking process. For the remaining amount only  Zelle , Venmo and exact cash will be accepted. NO CHECKS.

RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATIONS - You may Cancel or Reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Deposit will transfer if the appointment is rescheduled on time or if cancellation is last minute, the deposit will be forfeited.

NO CALL/ NO SHOW POLICY- For the best service, please be on time for your appointment, but because I know life happens, you will have a 15 minute grace period. Should you take longer than that, your appointment may be canceled if I cannot accomadate you and you will forfeit your deposit.

REFUNDS : All services are NON-REFUNDABLE. Contact me within 48 hours of the service if any issues arise. After that, I am not liable for any issues.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE- Although I appreciate my clients, I can not accomidate individuals with constant scheduling issues. I will cancel/refuse a client if they continuously cancel or no show for appointments or if their behavior becomes problematic. I respect my clients and expect the same amount of respect. I rarely have to do this but I do reserve the right to refuse service as needed.

TELEPHONE CALLS- I do have a phone line where you can contact me but since I'm an independent contractor, I usually do not return calls until the end of my day. Please leave a voicemail with your name and number. If you are running late or need directions, feel free to call as I do monitor it between clients.
